The "RC" in RC structure stands for Reinforced Concrete, which refers to a structure reinforced with steel bars. It is said that the first instance of this was when European gardeners reinforced flower pots with wire. The fundamental structural elements of a house (foundation, exterior, internal support walls, and roof) are constructed using concrete based on structural calculations and the latest construction methods. Therefore, the durability is 3 to 5 times higher than that of wooden structures, and maintenance costs are lower, providing an environment that maintains comfortable temperature and humidity.
